This is a quick, easy and HEALTHY, yes I said healthy take on this dish. I love the heat in this so I tend to add more Red Pepper flakes and Sriracha. This whole meal comes together in less than 20 minutes. So what are you waiting for? Give it a try!

FIRECRACKER GROUND CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS

· 1 lb of Ground Chicken

· ½ Tbsp Chili Oil

· ½ Cup of Swerve Brown Sugar Replacement (or Brown Sugar)

· ¼ Cup Buffalo Sauce

· 2 Tbsp Rice Vinegar

· 1 tsp Ground Ginger

· 1 tsp Garlic Powder

· ½ tsp Kosher Salt

· ½ tsp Black Pepper

· ½ Red Pepper Flakes

INSTRUCTIONS

1. In a large pan heat chili oil on medium high heat and add in ground chicken.

2. While the chicken is cooking, add all the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl and stir until well combined.

3. When the chicken is no longer pink add in the sauce into the pan and stir well. The chicken will continue to cook as the sauce thickens, about another 2-3 minutes.

4. Remove from heat and serve over steamed rice. Top with sesame seeds and green onion.

5. Enjoy!

Notes:

§ Can substitute Ground Turkey, Pork or Beef in place of Chicken.

§ Using Cauliflower rice or sautéed veggies is a great way to cut out the carbs.

§ If you’re not a fan of the heat, can omit the chili oil and use less of the buffalo sauce.
