I've been using this rub for several years and no matter how many other recipes I try, I keep coming back to this one. It works very well on ribs, chicken, pork chops, you name it!
BBQ RUB
INGREDIENTS
· ½ Cup of Brown Sugar (dark is best)
· ¼ Cup of Paprika
· 1 Tbsp of Black Pepper
· 1 Tbsp of Kosher Salt
· 1 Tbsp of Chili Powder
· 1 Tbsp of Garlic Powder
· 1 Tbsp of Onion Powder
· 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and stir to combine.
2. Rub can be used immediately or stored in an airtight container for up to 6 months in a cool dark place.
